Introduction
The dermatology department of POFs’ hospital which is the affiliated hospital of Wah Medical College is a well equipped department. It has two outpatient offices for consultants and a spacious waiting area for the patients. It has facilities for Electrocautery, Cryotherapy and surgical procedures like biopsies etc. The average monthly turn over pf patients is about 1800-1900 with a wide variety of diseases which provides a good opportunity for undergraduates to see most of the common dermatological ailments .The indoor facility includes a total 10 beds in male and female medical wards reserved for patients of dermatology. A plan for up gradation of the department is under consideration.
